At GR Birth & Wellness, treatments are designed specifically to each client's needs, using Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, and Swedish techniques. Essential oils, hot stones, bamboo and stretching are included in treatment when the body calls for it, and cupping therapy and lymphatic drainage are available upon request.

Don't let the name scare you off - GR Birth & Wellness works on all bodies! The therapists are trained as birth doulas, which just means you'll get a therapist who's listening and support skills match their massage skills in excellence.

Additionally, the tables have special accommodations for changing bodies that can be of extra benefit to pregnant and postpartum people.
